WHAT IS IT
Laser cutting is a precision manufacturing process that uses a high-powered fiber laser to cut sheet metal into accurate, repeatable parts. Guided directly by CAD files, laser cutting produces clean edges, intricate profiles, and tight tolerances for stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, making it ideal for both prototypes and production runs.
Our 3kW and 6kW fiber laser cutting machines feature 5' × 10' and 7' × 10' cutting beds, allowing us to efficiently process everything from small precision components to large-format sheet metal.


When to laser
Choose laser when the part needs contours, internal holes, or irregular outlines that a shear cannot make.
Prototypes and production runs share the same path. New geometry is just a new file.
